Located at 4225 Monticello Ave, in the Bronx, launched its operations in the September 2012 to cater to the needs of Jamaicans living in the tristate region needing documentation-services in an efficient and proficient manner. Exdol L. Powell Sr, CEO/President spent 27 years as an educator in the high school system in Jamaica WI and has 10 years in the Life Insurance industry, and has over 15 years of sales experience as a Real Estate salesperson. Powell intends to build a premier document company that consistently exceeds the managed the expectations of his customers and team members.

UDS will effectively, ethically, and efficiently administer passport services, citizenship, immigration, birth, death, marriage certificate, and dead poll services by well-motivated, customer-focused, and knowledgeable officers guided by globally accepted standards.
